Yes. You may select the repair facility you prefer. Let your insurance company know that you would like Lane & Kenny Body Shop to complete the repair.

Do I need an insurance estimate before contacting you?

No. You can contact us before or after opening a claim. We can inspect the vehicle and help explain what information may be needed next.

What happens if additional damage is found?

Some collision damage cannot be seen until exterior parts are removed. When additional damage is discovered, we document it and provide the updated information to the insurance company for review.

Will you communicate directly with my insurance adjuster?

Yes. Our team routinely communicates with insurance representatives regarding estimates, supporting documentation, supplements, and repair status.

What information should I bring?

Bring your insurance company name, claim number, adjuster contact information, vehicle information, and any estimate or claim documents you have already received. It is okay if you do not have everything yet.
